Quotations

All quotations are fixed and confirmed in writing before your journey. A quotation covers the journey described in it: pickup, destination, date, time, passenger numbers, luggage and any stated extras. Changes to the journey may change the price, which we will confirm before travel.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation. For weddings, events and large bookings we may require a deposit. Corporate account journeys are invoiced under the agreed account terms.

Waiting time

Airport collections include [INCLUDED WAITING TIME] minutes of waiting from the scheduled pickup time (adjusted for monitored flight arrivals). Additional waiting is charged at [WAITING RATE].

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate journey details, ensure passenger and luggage numbers match the booking, and treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles. A soiling charge of [SOILING CHARGE] applies where professional cleaning is required.

Our responsibilities

We will provide a licensed, insured vehicle and chauffeur for your journey and communicate promptly about any operational changes. Where a booked vehicle becomes unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative or a full refund for the affected journey.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures and airport disruption, though we will always do our best to manage them.
